Applicants / Students Documents Submission



IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1.   Register/Create an account using your Personal email (as username ) and cellphone number (password). Information dissemination is done via personal email and mobile number for those not yet issued an EAC email account.
  • a) Application Number is required for new Admission Applicant's registration.
  • b) Student Number is required for OLD/EXISTING STUDENT's registration.
2.   GCASH BILLS PAYMENT - no need to send your proof of payment here. Check your portal after 2 days for posting of your payment.
3.   REFERENCE NUMBER for bank cash/check Over The Counter (OTC) deposit, indicate as the reference the date and time the deposit is made (ex. May 5, 2022 at 330PM = 050520220330). Please do NOT use EAEC bank account number as REFERENCE NUMBER. Please ensure that the reference number is a unique number for every transaction.
4.   For Error Message - "Sorry, Account already exist", you might have already registered an account. Please click "Forgot Credentials?" and follow instruction to retrieve your credentials.
5.   Check your portal for validation and posting after 2 days for local payment and 3-5 days for international payments.
